- 1Open Merge Patients
From the Patients menu, choose Merge Patients.
- 2Choose the duplicate pair
Search and select the two records. ManaNotes shows them side by side so you can confirm they’re the same person.
- 3Pick the record to keep
Choose which record survives. The other record’s injuries, appointments, invoices and attachments move onto it.
- 4Confirm the merge
Review and confirm. The duplicate is retired and everything now lives on the kept record.
